Who We Are:
ITI was formed in 2011 to provide turnkey communication and network installation services. Since our inception we have expanded our installation, technical, network and construction service portfolio to keep ahead of industries changes in technology, upgrades, expansion and critical needs.
Our teams have a diversity of experience in multiple disciplines, hands on experience from working in the trenches, innovative thinking, ability to execute, pride in their work, will meet or exceed deadlines and clients' expectations.

What We Do:

Training:
ITI is constantly upgrading our team members' skill levels through industry provided training, the trades and continuing education. We also provide continuing in-house training programs for apprentices and journeymen modeled after the different trades training programs.
Safety:
Safety is in our company’s DNA. We strive for 0 accidents/incidents and no fatalities daily. ITI has one of the best safety records in the industry and that is not by accident. It takes constant training, enforcement and monitoring.
All team members have all required safety training, certifications and in-house training that our industry and OHSA requires.
ITI also requires all of our vendors and subs to meet the same rigid safety requirements we follow ourselves.
Quality:
In a competitive world, sometimes the only difference between companies is the quality of the work and the ability to deliver the project on time. ITI strives for this on each project with the goals of quality, no punch list and on time delivery.
We instill in our team members to take pride in their workmanship, meet or exceed our client’s requirements and expectations. All team members have the right to point out workmanship or safety defects they see and report it to their foreman. Team member(s) can go straight up the ladder to make sure it is corrected while they are on site, if necessary.
ITI has our teams do an in-house quality audit before leaving the site. They are required to look at the project from the eye of a competitor for things they would find wrong. Management will review the report prior to releasing the team from the project and make corrections(if any) while crew is still on site.
Accountability for the success of a project falls on all team members of ITI.
Call backs for punch list items or incorrect close out packages can be the difference between profitability on the project or a loss.
